Curtain Wall Height Dimension not as Properties

I have inserted a curtain wall into a stacked wall and used the 'cut' tool to subtract it from the masonry.  However, whilst the properties for the curtain wall show the correct placement and dimensions, the height is greater than the wall it is inserted into when it should be lower.  The curtain wall when looked at in elevation only has 3 Shape Handles, being to the left and right and at the base but none at the head.  Further when looked at in section, whilst the dotted cross lines, demarking the top and bottom of the curtain wall, are in the correct place, the vertical centre line extends up past where I wish the height to be!

I have been using Revit since 2009 and never encountered this problem before. I am now using Revit 2021 and getting increasingly frustrated so can anyone help please?

Try to detach it. Probably was previusly attached to roof or reference plane
