Ceiling Grids not showing

Hello, I am having an issue that others before me have had, but none of the solutions suggested have worked for me.  The ceiling grid is not showing up in my reflected ceiling plan view.  The ceiling is at 12'-0" and I am using a ceiling plan view template.    My view range is set as shown below, and the Underlay Orientation is shown in the 2nd snippet below.  The ceilings are checked to be on in the Visibility /Graphics.  This is a renovation project, and the ceiling is existing which explains why I have Show Previous + New as my Phase Filter.  What am I doing wrong?

Phase Filter=Show Complete.  Does Ceiling show?

barthbradley - Excellent, thank you!  The ceiling grid shows using that phase filter.  I think I tried every filter except that one.  Thanks again!
