Curtain Wall-Concrete with Plaster

Hi everyone, as you all know, curtain wall must be attached to the concrete part of the structure. However,  if we have plaster on the surface, we count plaster extra in that part for quantity take off. Do you have any idea apart from creating a new family with suitable plaster design for the concrete part. Thanks in advance

Check Automatically Embed in Curtain Wall Type Properties. Curtain Wall will then remove volume from wall that it is overlapping.
