is there a way to make a cross section text 100% transparent??? It's covering some important details and I don't know how to put it under.

Not sure I understand what you're meaning with "cross section text". Can you attach a screenshot?

Ok, I get it. Have you tried to make Background in label with sections name transparent? See short screen cast
