I need to know how can I have the blue points snap on inner rectangle?

Kind regards,

Why? That's called the Annotation Crop.  Google it.

Thanks for reply, but I meant the inner rectangle not the outer one.

I turned it off and on but nothing happened to the inner one and just off and on the outer one.

AH! I see. You have no interior grips! Interesting. I have no clue. I've never encountered that or heard of that happening.

Following...

....does rebooting fix it?

By the way, a scope box normally is assigned to multiple views. So if you want to change other views with this scope box, you better resize the scope box itself.

Turn on scope box in VGO annotation tab, set the view scope box to None, uncrop the view and you should see the scope box in order to resize it.  Another way is open another uncropped view to modify the scope box.

Are sure you resized the correct scope box? Look at the name of it when you edit.
