Thanks for your help, I did again what you said, and had a bunch of green scop boxes, but just a few of them where active to touch, the rest of them were inactive!
Even I did set to none and stretch the box but again after return to AMCC, again I got the same as before!

No you do not set it to AMCC ever again, set to None, stretch and that is it. You are done.
After set to none and stretch this happened. To get it again I need to set it to AMCC scope box otherwise I will have same as above, please tell me if I need to do anything else?
Then you just have to find the AMCC box from that bunch and stretch it. It shouldn't be too hard because you already know the proximity and rough size of it, turn on your model so that you can find it more easily. And again, do not crop the view just yet.

Create a new floor plan view and stretch this scope box. It is right there.

Now go back to the view and assign the resized scope box to it.
