Creating center of pipe Tag

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a 'Centre of Pipe' tag. 

I want to use this in plan views from center of pipe down to a specified level from a linked model.

My question is how to create the Centre of pipe parameter in the pipe system and also how to fix it to the specified B1 + 232mm level.

Appreciate any help.

You can also use Spot Elevations (Relative).
