Creating a site topology with point cloud

Hello,

I am struggeling with this problem all day now. I downloaded a point cloud file showing the topology of the site. I finally converted this one into Recap. Then I saved/exported it as a .txt and a .csv file because those are the only ones I could pick when I go to (in Revit): Massing&Site --> Toposurface --> Create from Import --> Specify Points File. Afterwards when I try to take them, Revit always freeze and stopped working. I think it is because the files are too large (500.000KB).

But when I try to Insert --> Point Cloud and take the same file as a .rcp it works and in the 3D view I can see the topology. But they are still points and I need a surface (like for the ground). It would be good to see the topology lines in the floor plan too, but thats not the important thing here.

OR:

my other thought is: I have got a 3D file of topology lines in a 50cm distance. The file was downloaded in .asc (only option). How can I get this one into an .csv or .txt file (that is not empty) so that I can open it in Revit?

Does anybody know what I can do?

Thanks in advance and best wishes,

Julia

Thanks for your answer. The file is too big to put in here but I created a link where you can download it:
