Create a sheet list that includes documents outside of Revit

Hi fellas!

Is it somehow possible to create a sheet list that includes documents and/or drawings outside of Revit? 
(rows with manual text)

Preferably without 'cheating' with empty sheets and similar solutions.

I would recommend cheating with empty pages. That way you can also add revisions and write comments on the sheets.

I agree with @KIMRAMFI. Use placeholders. Just create a sheet list, open it and then hit "insert data row".
