Could not create integral reveal for wall instance. Failed to cut joined wall at the corner.

Hi,

I have a model with slanted walls with integral reveals and keep getting the error "Could not create integral reveal for wall instance. Failed to cut joined wall at the corner." I've changed the profile, tried making the integral reveals on non slanted walls, and even tried placing the reveals manually and I keep getting this error. Any ideas how to fix this? I appreciate any help or advice.

Thanks!

t's related to the Profile?   Are you using a Default Profile?

it could be with a User Defined Profile it is not cutting correctly due the the Slanted Wall Element.

Also try offsetting it a little in the Properties Palette to force the cut!

Also try adjusting the Orientation

Not sure, I tried the default profile and it keeps doing the same thing. I did realize that it works when the reveal isn't extended to the ends of the wall though...

Mine didn’t work initially but making it orient parallel to face then made the corner work so I assumed it wasn’t cutting correctly hence the suggestion.

Try making the profile wider so it extends much father out via Edit Type
