Corrupt Revit File

Hello,

I'm currently in charge of coordinating models from different software packages, one of those being Revit. When i go to coordinate the revit files in Navisworks it says the revit file is corrupt. When i go to remove the corrupt item by purging the model withing revit and and remove item my revit file crashes. I've also ran a audit on the corrupt file and when it completes the revit file again crashes. How do i get rid of the corrupt item so i can start to coordinate the model.

Thanks

What's corrupted? Is it something in the project or the project itself? What are you trying to purge?

FYI: Purge removes unused views, families, and other objects from the project to improve performance and reduce file size. It doesn't work like AutoCAD Purge-Audit.

I get that it is an "item". What kind of "item" though? Family, System Family, Link, Import, etc.? Have you isolated it?

Have you tried Audit yet? Check "Audit" when you open the file. May take awhile, but might resolve.
