What I usually do when exporting to IFC is using a 3D view where I isolate the parts to export and in the IFC exporter check the box for option Only export parts visible in view.

Actually, I tried so many times with this but somehow I wasn't able to export this.

I don't know what's going wrong again and again. And because of the versions of those softwares many senior engineers are not having much experience on that.

So, I am not having any guidance on that. Even though YouTube and online sources also don't have any clear explanations on this matter.

So what goes wrong? As I said, open a 3D view, switch off all categories you don't want to export, click File > Export > IFC. Select a setup, click Modify Setup, select tab Additional Content  and check Export only elements visible in view. Click OK and the export begins. When done check the IFC file in an IFC viewer (there are plenty out there to download) if it's what you want.
