Controlling Text Formatting/ ALL CAPS in Label?

Is there a way to control text formatting in a label?  Specifically, the Project Name parameter.  On our Coversheet and Titleblock, the Project Name should be formatted like "Project Name" with only the first letter capitalized.  I'm trying to add a label on the coversheet so that when the project is rolled up, you can still see what project it is along with the project number, issue date, and issue status.  The Project Name looks funny with the other info because the rest of it is in ALL CAPS.  How can I get this new label to display the Project Name parameter as PROJECT NAME?

-Create a Text type Shared Parameter in your Shared Parameter Text File.

-Create a Project Parameter that uses this Shared Parameter and assign it to Project Information.

-Go to Project Information and enter the Project Name in all CAPs into the Project Parameter field.

-Edit your Titleblock Family and create a Label using the exact same Shared Parameter and place the Label where it needs to be on the Titleblock.

-Load the Titleblock into the Project and watch the magic happen.

So you want project name to show as PROJECT NAME on the regular Titleblock but as Project Name on the Coversheet?

If i'm understanding you correctly, I now will have two parameters with the project name in it...I'll have to enter the name in twice.  Is that correct or am I missing something?  Is there a way to link the two paramters?

No.  But what's the big deal? You only have to type it one time.

I would just use Text for the cover sheet and keep the label for the titleblock.  There is no need for another parameter to clutter your project info.

If you are a BIM fanatic you could use Dynamo to get the project parameter, convert it to Lower Case, then write it to another shared parameter.  I wouldn't.

I guess i'm not understanding your suggestion.  There already is a Project Name parameter...it sounds like I'm adding a second parameter for the ALL CAPS version of the PROJECT NAME.  Is the PROJECT NAME ALL CAPS parameter pulling from the already extant Project Name parameter?

I edited my post above and included a screenshot. That help clarify?

Not really...i am not understanding what you mean about only typing the project name in once.  That's definately the goal, but in the screenshot, it would appear I'd have to enter it in both locations, formatted the way i want it.

Yes, if you follow the workflow I posted initially, you will end up with 2 Project Names in the Project Information. The only other alternative is to do what @ToanDN suggested.  If it's a onetime thing, I would. But the way I understood it, is that you want a second Project Name rotated and positioned on every sheet (e.g. Titleblock) so that it is readable when plans are rolled up.
