Contour Label not showing correct value of Project base point

My contour label is not showing the correct value.

I need it to be the project base point.

Well, then raise your Topo 467'-0".

I imagine that's not something you want to do.  Better to make you Contour Labels relative to the Survey Point and move the Survey Point ORIGIN, in Elevation View, to 467'-0" below that Spot and Contour Interval you are calling out in your screenshot.

Thank you for your response.

It is strange. I did set the survey point to 465'.

Then ran the contour tool and changed it to survey point. But it didn't read that elevation number.

Just to be clear...

It's all relative.  Contour Labels and Spot Elevations are relative to a their Elevation Base.

Is your survey point 465' below the contour yet?

Did you move the Survey Point while CLIPPED so its Origin moved with it?

No I had to unclip it to move it.

Can you  move it clipped?

What do you mean by "can you move it clipped?"  I guess that depends.  Do you have Links in the Project?

I mean, if you can't move the SP Origin, then make your Elevaton Base relative to a Level placed at -467'-0". Maybe name the Level "Sea Level".
