connect balusters to railing not working consistently

I can't get the balusters to connect with the top of the railing. here are my settings, what should I change to fix this? thank you

My guess is that the Spindle Baluster Family is messed up.  Post it here.

Accepted solution

Yah, it's not built correctly.   You need to cut the top and bottom with Voids.  Open an OOTB Baluster to see how it's done.
