Concrete Beams Causing Concrete Column and Wall Joins to Break

I have been using structural columns as a default in all of my projects and normally they cut the walls they are placed in which is exactly how we want them to look.  However what I've noticed for some time is that once you add in concrete beams it breaks this behavior and walls now show through the columns as if the columns were set to wireframe mode:

The left is how it normally looks and the right is how it looks once beams are added.  In the past I've had to unjoin geometry or create a separate structural model that houses the beams and is linked in.  Is there any way around these fixes as neither is the best use of time?  Thank you.

Please find attached the model.  The columns 24 & 25/FF are what was in the screen shot.

Not sure I understand what the issue is. Join Geometry not working for you?

...another thing I notice, is that the Phasing is different, and your Views are using Phase Filter Graphic Overrides. Perhaps the display issues you are having are related to this.
