Collaboration for revit 2017 Trial-impossible to open files from the shared Hub

Hi!

I signed in to get Collaboration for Revit 2017 in the Trial version and apparently on B360 I can see that I have access to this Trial. I'm also sure I've been invited to a Hub shared with other people who are working on the model with a full license of R4C 2017.

When I open Revit in order to open a file from B360 I don't see any icons either in Menu>Open nor in Collaborate. I don't have any icons active (see screenshot attached-It's in Italian but I think it's intuitive). If I go in Mange models in A360 I can see the folder where I've been invited to.

Do you have any suggestion of what I did wrong?

Thank you very much!

I have the same problem, I am currently using the Revit 2017, in hopes of being able to put on BIM 360 Docs, but can not,

I switched to use FUSION TEAM that can collaborate in Revit 2017, but the tetep must be in the law also with BIM 360 Docs to be able to collaborate

Finally I used to be second, and FUSION TEAM as a data store.
