Cobie export - error message "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."

Hi, 

I've entrerneted all of my COBie data but when i try and export I get error message "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" and the spreadsheet in blank? The only thing that exports is my contacts

Assuming you are using the COBie Extension that tool can sometimes get mad exporting strange data from parameters in Revit. And while the data may not look strange in the Revit UI, often there can be hidden characters hiding in plain sight. Usually when someone copy/pastes data from Word or a webpage. 

Try to narrow down what is causing the error. Export only one COBie tab at a time to see what tab has the problem. Once you find the bad tab, then narrow down the individual rows by deselecting either individual items or blocks of items to weed out what may be causing the error.
