Changing Spiral staircase run

Hello, 

I have a task so we have modeld a customize step in 3d model in place, hence we need to make spiral staircase with these modeled 3d step. How to make this please

To make this spiral stair

The stair tool uses a profile to create the treads so this would be beyond the scope of what a standard profile would achieve.

You would need to model this a single model element, you could then create the spiral stair element as a placement guide then rotate each element to suit and change the elevation to match the steps heights etc.

Alternatively with the modelled tread component, create the stair using more advanced Revit adaptive family features

Model that single tread as a Baluster and use in a Railing Type as the "Use Baluster per Tread on Stairs" Baluster Family Type - and then host the Railing to a Spiral Stair. The Spiral Stair is just a Reference Host and need not be visible in Views.
