Changing "Extend Below Rise Base" Dimension after Stair Creation

Is it possible to change the "Extend Below Rise Base" Dimension after stairs were already created?

Sure.  Edit Stair, select the Run and change Extend Below Riser Base value.

Another approach would be to edit the Properties of the Run Type under the Stair Type Properties or in the Project Browser.
