REVIT SHEET VIEWPORT: Is there a way to make a viewport not cover-up another viewport on sheets.

Is there a way to make a viewport on a sheet NOT cover up a viewport beneath?

Having this issue (circle in blue) as an example

It doesn't. Something else is going on.  Did you modify the crop boundary shape?

If model view, edit crop region with a custom shape. If drafting view,
reduce the size of masking region or whatever masking the area.
You can also reorder views on sheet (views placed later are above views
placed earlier).

Typically I would edit crop region

Cut off the portion where the masking region is at.

Gentlemen: what the OP is showing, is something - that they think is the Viewport - masking everything underneath it. Even the Section Head is partially masked.  I'm stumped.  School me.

...unless they put a Masking Region on the Sheet.  Yes; there's a way to do this.
