sometimes I cannot select the building parts such as concrete wall, floorslab, columns, furniture and so on. But I can select all rooms, axises, measurements and tags.

it ist also not about design option. we did not have any design option. I just noticed that, sometimes it will be solved, when other colleagues the model synchronize, but it does not work always.
