I'm trying to place a room tag but i keep getting the usual 'None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: Proposed Ground Floor Plan- GA View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings.
I've checked visibility Graphics, Rooms are not hidden, all my other room tags are visible so I don't know why its giving me this error message for this specific room

Did you use plan regions?

I agree with @Ilic.Andrej - this has happened to me in the past! Other things to look for -
Rooms on a different phase
Rooms on a workset that has been hidden
Rooms that are associated to an incorrect level, or not tall enough to react to the clipping plane.
Try to delete the room from schedule and then place new room.

Can you just make a copy of the project. Delete everything except that part where you have the problem and save. Send it to us.

I just copied and pasted the floor plan into a new project in order to send it you and now that its a new project i can actually tag area, I don't know why its not working in my project
Well, I didn't recommend copy/paste. I recommended duplicating the file and then deleting the major content.

Try also to cut to clipboard and pasting aligned to same place within same project. Some unexplained errors can be fixed that way (don't know why). But I'm not sure if this is Revit error.

its a company project so its a large file, it will take a long time to delete everything in the project
I've attached the file.. I put a filled region on the area that I am trying to tag
Cut a section through the room, turn on Room interior fill from VG and post a screenshot of the section with levels shown.
@emmanuelbee wrote:issue is it won't even let me place the tag to change the offset
Pick the Room then. Same Dialog Box.
....Section View or just drop your Plan View Cut Level temporary to find it and change the Limit Offset
I can't pick the room because when i hover over the area, there's nothing there but then when I try to place a room it says this:
'Multiple Rooms are in the same enclosed region. The correct area and perimeter will be assigned to one Room and the others will display "Redundant Room." You should separate the regions, delete the extra Rooms, or move them into different regions.'
and then when i try to delete the room it won't delete

Ha! Well, scratch that idea. Limit Offset is fine. hmm? thinking...
