Can't divide surface on imported SAT model

Hello, I have spent a lot of time trying to divide the faces of this 3D model that I created on Fusion.

I tried many ways like importing it into a conceptual mass file or using the Link CAD option inside the in-place mass edit menu. I also tried to use a different mass without any thickness and didn't work, I believe the biggest issue is that I can't select all the faces at once so that I can reveal the divide surface options.

I am trying to divide the mass to make this special pipe facade that is used in the Ithra building by Zaha Hadid like this:

I uploaded the SAT file and if there's a better way to do it other than dividing the mass I'll be thankful.
