Can't crop view in Site view

Hello, I am following a Youtube tutorial where they show how to build a sheet. The guy goes ahead and crops the view to make the Site Plan fit into the sheet, but in my project that button together with the "Show Crop Region" one don't show up in the Site Plan. Why is this? How can I fix it?

Are you in the sheet view? I would go to the site plan and turn on the crop and adjust the crop boundary

I lose those buttons on the VCB sometimes too.  You might try installing the latest and greatest update.
