Can't create void profile

Every time  I use void sweep tool, the way to create a  profile grey out already. What is the problem dealing with? It's ok when I use normal sweep tool.

It doesn't occur to you that the Select Profile button is available to click? Click on it first.

Yep, As u said, it bring like this . There is nothing to load nor sketch a profile.

Look at the tab.  Click on Modify | Sweep tab.

By the way, you cam always draw a Solid sweep and change it to Void after the fact.
