-I'm modeling the Milan trade fair by following Jeremy tutorial I'll let picture explain

-my question is are there alternative solution that better or more efficient

this is what I want to create but because I can't create form from those lines(the generic model one) I had to create new lines using spine through point Screenshot (79).png

That is the solution, a series of parallel profiles, then select all and create Form. It does not matter if the profiles are splines or lines or model lines, as long as you get the result. The only difference is that if you do it with reference lines or reference lines you can continue editing the form after it is created. It looks that you made the form, so I don't see the problem.

here the problem, I been able to selected only 3 spline if I include the second line from the left  then revit won't create the formScreenshot (80).png

Interesting. I just checked out the tutorial you are referring to, and the author had the exact same issue. Did you hear his explanation. He talks about it around frame 1:07. Has to do with draw order.  He never does get it to work perfectly.

yeah, I do know it could be done that way this is why I ask for a better solution since this method could be time consuming if working in large project
