I've placed the spot in the ceiling but they show no light during rendering.

... let's go for parts:
1-... if your family is not ceiling based sometimes can get over or under the ceiling
... this family is not properly working
2- you need to crank up the exposure
3- to get the lights working the proper way in most cases they need to be enclosed in some kind of space to show reflections and refractions (walls, floors, ceilings, etc)
.... at the end those lights are kind of working: but if I try to place a new component (light) on the ceiling is getting upside down ... maybe the family is corrupted

@Anonymous:
You have issues with one family I tested: 63_PHILIPS_CoreLine SlimDownlight_DN135B LED10S mod
It’s facing the wrong direction for a face-based element – and it doesn’t cut through the host using its current orientation, so the light source is likely buried in the host. If you Flip Work Plane after placement in the Project and it Renders fine.
...Oh! Forgot to mention: Check "Emit Shape Visible in Rendering" (in nested Light Type family).
Yes it placed upside-down probably a fault in the family, but I flip it after placing
I checked "Emit Shape Visible in Rendering" and it rendered.
I have a question please , How to make the false ceiling appear in the electrical model and in rendering.
It don't appear ,, And why the whole fixture don't appear.
Because there is no Rendering Material applied to the canister/housing. There's not even a parameter associated to it. I don't remember what Material it's using, but it's probably using the default "By Material" in your Project. "By Material" would use the material assigned to element's Category in Object Styles of your Project.
IMO, this Phillips Lighting has the worst BIM content I've seen. I downloaded other ones from their site and they were just as bad. Anyways, the family you have needs help. Modify it and associate the canister/housing to a Material Parameter so that you can assign a PROJECT material to it.
Lastly, please be sure to mark my answer above ( "Emit Shape Visible in Rendering") as the solution to your original question.

Not corrupted; just badly built. Go to the Phillips website and check out their other Revit Content. The ones I downloaded and inspected were just as bad. If it were me, and it was a family I wanted to use in other projects down the road, I rebuild it.

1 - I checked the family parameters and it is recessed type so it is ceiling based.
2- you need to crank up the exposure, How is that ?
3- I did that and when I rendered it looked like the screen above , the fixture didn't appear completely.

I didn't get how to make it the ceiling appear still , sorry I'm new with Revit, can you please mention the steps.
I checked so many families from Philips until I found a working one, some has no lighting sources, this the only one close enough to what I want , and I don't know who to rebuild it .
