Can't center balusters

I created a custom baluster that I want to use for my railing, I'm however having issues trying to get the baluster to be at the center of the rail, a bit difficult to explain so I've attached some images. its almost as if its been offset to the outside of the rail but i don't know how, I just need it to be at the center and line with the rail.

Is it a top rail or a handrail or a non continuous rail?

If you got rid of all rails in the list then it is NOT a non continuous rail, but either a toprail or a handrail. Either can offset from the railing from their type definition.

I've done it, you were right the rail was a top rail, I had to change the offset of the hand clearance to half the thickness of the rail, so the rail was 60mm thick and I changed the handrail clearance to -30mm to get the baluster to be at the center.  Thanks for you help!
