Can not load column

Hi community. I download a column from Revitcity. But when i load the column to my file it pop up something like attached image. How can i do? thank you very much.

The error message explains it. Revit is expecting a structural column. Apparently what you are loading is not a structual column.

Probably you are loading an 'architectural' column. Check the family to see if you have a column belongin to the proper category

I put the downloaded column in both : Columns and Structural columns. Both are error. What happen?

Open the column family directly and see which category it belongs to.
