Calculate excavation and backfilling

Hello All, 

I have a building (Underground Tunnel) Modeled in Revit as floors and walls. I have the survey from the site excavation imported as a toposurface. The toposurface in some places was not excavated enough and in some places excavated more. Is there a way to know the quantities of the needed excavation and back filing from the Revit?

Do you have a Toposurface, Graded Region Copies and Phases? 

Calculating/Scheduling excavation and backfill requires a "source" Toposurface followed by a  Graded Region Copy of that "source" Toposurface placed in a subsequent Phase of construction. 

 This is not an easy process to explain in a short post, but there are plenty of tutorials available on line to read and watch.
