I have a DWG file with 80% of it being highly transparent. I am trying to insert it into a Revit file and keep that transparency. However, when I bring it in (to a detail view) to Revit, everything is fully opaque. Any ideas?
It looks like imported categories cannot be assigned a transparency.
I guess that might depend on what you are trying to accomplish and what is in the CAD file.
That is what I ended up doing. However, the original CAD file only had some layers that were transparent while others were opaque. When putting it in Revit, it was either all transparent or all opaque.
