How to "Tag/Label" level with same level name but different slab height? HELP!

I am stuck and have no idea how to go about this. On the ground level, we have several slab heights... There is the finish floor w/ tile which will be at +0'-2" but we are labeling that level as 0'-0" (which is the structural slab) and then we have another slab for the "service" part of the building which will be at +0'-2" as well to match the height of the tile, but this slab has no finish. How can I label this slab (with a datum or level tag) with the same "Ground Level" name, but show that it is at +0'-2"?

I am not sure if this makes sense, but I hope there is someone who can help and knows what I am talking about!

What do you mean by this?  "Labeling" as in naming?

Rename the level, type in "Ground Level", then right click and add an Unicode character to the end of it. Now you have two levels that appear to have the same name 'Ground Level".

Labeling as in the datum or level name.
