I don't understand the issue.  You say the Building Pad is slightly higher than the top of the Toposurface. So what?  Also, how does this mess with a Schedule? A Schedule of what? Topography?  The Pad and the Topo are two separate Categories.

Maybe your Building Pad has a Height Offset from Level?

@barthbradley The pad is at the correct level, which is aready dug, but the toposurface is starting a tiny bit under it, which adds 0,02 m3 to my schedule instead of being a clean zero..

Set Height Offset from Level to 0.

Set the Pad's Height Offset from Level to ZERO.

The topo itself already has 0.203 m3 Cut without the pad.  Did you create it using Graded Region?
