Hello @XXalessio.amodioXX,

There are plenty of references to create a BEP and I`ll list a few. Keep in mind that, although there are some baseline items common to all of them, the BEP should be tailored to your company in order to work for you. You may start off with one of these examples, but you`ll need to develop it further and make sure people stick to it throughout the process.

Some great examples! 

LOD Planner also has BIM Execution Plan templates to make this simple. 

It can also be collaborative if you need a team to help create and approve the processes and BIM Use expectations.
