Best Revit Schedule to Excel Add in

Anyone have any opinions as to what is a really good Revit schedule export to Excel add in?

I found one I really liked A400 apps version- stopped working and has an error message after a few weeks. This one was a favorite because it was simple and straight forward. It could at least put all the schedules in one workbook but each on a seperate sheet.

I'm looking for one that can export with decent formatting, can make 1 workbook (preferably with everything on one sheet but seperate sheets is ok).

quick and easy to use. Reliable.

I DO NOT want to be clicking each schedule seperately, exporting, and saving each one schedule as a single work book.

Use Autodesk Revit DB Link to export Revit project data to a database. You can later make changes to the data, and import it back into the Revit project.

The panel schedule exporter will export a project panel schedules to Excel .xlsx files

Look for the,'Revit Excel Link' from IMAGINiT Utilities. You can export Revit project data to Excel and Import data from Excel to a Revit project.

Schedule Export Pro provides the ability to export schedule table data to an Excel file.

The company would probably be willing to pay if the add in is a good one. One that does all/most of what we need and that there is no other option.

Thank you, those look like some good options. I'll have to do some testing with them and see how they fit with our work flow.

I'm still looking for revit to excel export add ins...

-Must be able to support REVIT 2017

-Export Multiple Schedules at once into 1 workbook

-Price it not to important, as long as there's a free trial to see if the program suits us

-Easy to use / simple interface

Imaginit Technologies add in link above is a viable option(no longer an option,cannot export already set up schedules) waiting for a download link to be emailed.....Imaginit Utilities for Revit 2017 does not export the already set up schedules in a project. Your pretty much supposed to set up your own schedule at time of export by selecting categories and filters.

Hi @Jessicas 

This add-in https://www.bimright.com/features/excelLink is a bit different from the other Excel add-ins because it works in realtime, and it's bidirectional, supports multiple schedules into 1 worksheet/workbook.

The way it works is:

1. you link an excel file to the revit project.
2. create a table in excel.
3. link it to a schedule in revit.

then if you change a cell in the excel table, the revit schedule will get updated and vice versa.
