Area subtotal in a multilevel schedule

Hello Im going a bit crazy trying to solve this issue.

Is there a way to get the subtotal area sum, in a schedule  classified by level and name?

The problem with adding a footer is that it will itemize everysingle room in the project, i cant find a way to have the rooms sorted by level and grouped by name and at the same time get the subtotals of the area of the rooms in that level.

Make Footing only for one parameter which have the values NPT_P1 and so on. It will be easier to show if you send your file.

That way i would have a table for the rooms on that specific level with its grand total, but not a multi level sorted table grouped by name with area subtotals  for each level.

Here i uploaded an example file, i want to get the subtotals of the total area of the rooms of each level in the same table.

For example i want to have in the same table all the rooms or areas sorted by level and grouped by name and a subtotal of the area of all the rooms in that level.
