are property lines in 2D?

Are property lines 2D or 3D?

And may it be possible te show the property lines in 3D-view?

Is it possible to drape a property line over the terrain (toposurface)/ let the property line follow the surface?

Thank you in advance

Only in 2D:

You can't drape it along surface, but if you want to visualize, maybe you can create a fake property region with subregion or subdivide.

You can use Railing to represent Property Lines in 3D. Railing will host to and follow the surface of Topos.
