Hi Friends, Do you know how to apply Tag to multiple views at once, or is there any plug-in to do that? Also, I would like to apply the keynote tag to multiple elements and views at once as well. I appreciate it if anyone has any idea to share. Thnaks

Same elements?  Then tag all in one view, select all tags, copy to clipboard, paste aligned to selected views, and select multiple views from list.

There are no way, but with Dinamo you can create or download a routine to tag all elements you want in all views that you select

What if the element is in the linked model that requires tagging? (i.g. Rooms, area, spaces)

Automatically Tag in EVERY View?

Wow! I can imagine the cleanup work that doing something like that would necessitate.  If Revit had a feature like that, I'd disable it, so that I couldn't accidently use it.

I understand how horrible that feature could be. Double tagging a lot of things. But you can always filter a list of view in dynamo. So the required views that need room tagging can be selected, and tag them from one of the linked model.

My current project has 7 models with over 250 views in total. Since, I am creating new views as project setup, I know that none of the views has tags in it. Doing "tag all rooms" from linked models per view takes time.

Hi @GHASEM_ARIYANI Thanks for this. Know if this works for elements in linked models?
