Apply mass floors to sketch up mass

Hello

Does anybody have a simple workflow for taking a sketchup model, importing it as a mass to revit and applying mass floors? Ideally in a linked CAD or something similar so that it can be updated and adjusted in sketchup and then relinked as it changes? The mass modelling in revit is so painful it will be much easier to manage the model in sketchup.

Thanks for any thoughts on this!

In would only work if you could export the SketchUp to CAD as Solids, not surfaces. The you would create an in-place mass, link the DWG in, finish the mass, then create Mass Floors. When your SkecthUp file changed, just export it again to override the CAD file and reload the link in Revit

But as far as I know, SketchUp does not support solids, so the above theory does not work.

SKP to DWG to RVT.  Got AutoCAD free Add-in "Import SKP File".  If not, go to Store. Isle 5.
