There is a saying, "if it is to good to be true, then so it is" - I have no idea how they are selling software at 40% some odd savings.

"softwareshore" sounds like "Piratebay" after re-branding 🙂

Theoretically there could be alternative re-sellers. But the 1-year Revit subscription for $92 sounds very fishy. 

But they offer a 1-hour trial 🙂
