Aligning walls

I have a wall bounded by other walls. 

I want it's face to align to a particular adjacent wall. 

If I align this wall. all walls adjacent shift. 

WhyTF isn't there an align with disjoin? 

Is there a button I can press to disjoin the wall some other way? I don't want to go in multiple plans and unlock the wall 500 different ways.

Can you share a pic? I may want to disallow join before aligning the walls.

Sounds like you have other constraints working against you -- which are hidden in the View.  Toggle on Reveal Constraints to see if that's what it is.
