Hello, can somebody help me with this.

I read previous solutions about this but nothing helps.

I have updated my revit to the last version but I still have the same error while copy/mirror/array elements.

It's not file-related, because my colleague can open it and copy without problem error issues. It's my revit 2023-related.. I have the same problem with copy/mirror in other revit-project files to.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Close all Revit Sessions on the affected machine.
  2. Rename the following file (instead of removing the folders listed in the solution below): C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%\DDGraph
  3. Restart Revit.

Alternatively:
Copy and paste a healthy DDGraph file from another machine, where the issue is not reproducible.

If the above steps do not help, clear the content of the following folders:

  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%
  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit %VERSION%

%USERNAME% should be your windows login name.

%VERSION% should be your Revit version.

Hi @dino9JUD7 ,

Something helped?

I had a similar issue with the earlier version and did the following,

  • updated the Revit to latest version (URs & Hotfixes).
  • Removed all add-ins and reinstalled them.
  • in some cases Revit had to be reinstalled.

Thanks.
