Anyone know how these numbers define the window size? Old set of plans from the 70s.

The number could be

349 - 3' x 4'-9"

318 - 3' x 1'-8"

It´s the "Type Mark" window number.

Probably you will find a table showing the dimensions for each of these windows.

Could be, although I don't have that sheet. I will measure and see if anything makes sense but at least I'm not crazy. Possibly. Thanks.

The numbers are for identification and probably correspond to the dimensions but they could also have some other meaning. There is no doubt that they are type tags and the same numbers are used in the schedule to identify them.
