3D view is not wide

Hello there, I am doing project and I come to an issue where my 3D view only shows half of the house. I try to SHIFT + LEFT MOUSE but still the view is not wide and does not show entire house. Thank you for helping !

You have "Crop view" turned on.

Check the Section Box in the 3D view.
The “Section Box” can be found in the 3D View Properties.

you need to untick all of these?

if still not solve the issue try to install update from autodesk and intall latest graphics card driver and see if helps.

It looks more like a graphical issue, along with the Crop View Suggestion, can you close the 3D View Delete it from the Project Browser (right Click > Delete) and Recreate a NEW 3D View - View Tab > Create Panel > 3D View - does it act the same?
