3D pan only moving in small increments- orbiting and other navigation moving normally?

I have been working in a 3D view that someone else has set up and noticed the pan speed has been incredibly reduced and only moves in small increments. The orbit function is working normally (as in it swings appropriately in reference to the model). This seems to be an issue tied to this view only and it is not a large project, so I don't think it's a graphics card issue. I know I could create a new view but I want to understand what setting is causing this and how to fix it. Thank you!

Hard to analyze unless you share the model so we can take a look if we run into the same issue.

Is the view in perspective mode? That happens to me all the time when in perspective, orthographic works without issues.

Changing to Orthographic fixed it! Weird problem but an easy fix- thank you!
