1st Floor Walls are Not showing up on 2nd floor floorplan (level)

1st Floor Walls are Not showing up on 2nd floor floorplan (level). Have tried adjusting ranges ect nothing works. I'm new to Revit. Using Revit 2022.

Check the Phase of the view and make sure it matches other (showing correctly) view.

This was the problem,  "PHASING " settings.  I have no idea what Phase means at this point. How did this get set different,  I have no idea. You are the man Thanks !!!!!!
