Revit SDK for iOS and Android

Is there any SDK available for iOS and Android to show .rvt models?

Your help would be much appreciated.

No Revit SDK, but yes, you can use the Autodesk Forge environment to display and interact with RVT models on almost any device, including iOS and Android:

Would it work in Mobile Browsers (iOS Safari and Android chrome) as well or just desktop browsers?

It will work on all modern browsers. It requires a WebGL-canvas compatible browser, a global standard nowadays supported by browsers on all platforms. Here is the detailed list of supported browsers:
