I am not an expert on rebar, but searching the Internet seems like a good place to start:

Which method are you using to create rebar? CreateFromCurves (or) CreateFromCurvesAndShape (or) CreateFreeForm?
There are geometries that aren't allowed in rebar shape families.

You might wanna use CreateFreeForm method.

Is this ever going to change? We need to detail a lot of rebar shapes that end in an arc. These need to be scheduled. Is there another way to schedule these bars? Freeform just has the A paramenter for the overall length and that's it.
