API for Railing slope and height correction

When sketching a railing in Revit, I can define two parameters for each sketch line - slope and height correction. Are these parameters accesible through the API? I have been looking unsuccesfully, but I may have looked poorly, as I almost didn't even find the Railing class 🙂

I have browsed through the related concern was raised a few years back and the response then was that Revit API does not support this functionality.

I will raise this with the engineering team again to enquire on the progress of matter concerning the same. I will revert as soon as I get the response

I wish to relay the feedback from the dev team that there has not been any movement yet on this. I will sure revisit the thread once there is update on it, apologies.
